Capitol Hill Urban Cohousing leases part of its rooftop garden to supply food to a local restaurant.  

East Lake Commons leases 3 acres of organic garden to a farmer for $1 per year.  In exchange residents get a discount on CSA memberships and the farmer takes care of the property including a retention pond and secondary access road.
