Over 50 folks joined us, North Bay Cohousing, on Sept 13th in Novato, CA to learn about two real and now cohousing opportunities in the North Bay: a Novato site for sale and a Cotati site under contract. During the presentation, we dove into the actualities of building new cohousing communities in the region, with Katie McCamant of CoHousing Solutions describing her deep-seated experience in the field/as a long-time cohouser herself.

Now we’re at that critical point in cohousing so many groups know well…gauging interest in these sites, and gearing up a committed crew for our Kick-Off Workshop on October 17 & 18 in Cotati. Led by cohousing experts Katie McCamant & Chuck Durrett, this weekend workshop will allow us all to meet, and fully understand the process, principles and pricing to move a project from dream to reality.
