Germantown Commons in Nashville Hosting the 2017 National Cohousing Conference

Germantown Commons of Nashville Tennessee is hosting the 2017 National Cohousing Conference in May. And your presence is especially requested!

The National Conference promises an exciting array of educational opportunities, networking and a fun time in Nashville. The Millennium Maxwell House Hotel will be the host location for the conference. It is minutes from the new Germantown Commons.

This is the first for Nashville to host the conference and Germantown Commons is the first cohousing community in the Middle Tennessee region.

The members are delighted to be hosting a reception Saturday late afternoon for those in attendance.

The urban community near downtown Nashville was founded in the fall of 2015 with all twenty five households moving into their new homes. By spring of 2016 the much awaited common house was complete and the festivities and dinners began. It’s a story of commitment and perseverance.

When the conference is held May 19-21, 2017 the beautiful rain gardens that flourished last summer and fall will be in full, welcoming bloom thanks to our landscape member team. Come learn at the conference and enjoy touring this new community.
