Our growing multi-generational community is now welcoming families to collaborate in building a neighborhood for all ages intentionally designed to promote interaction among neighbors. We are especially interested in welcoming young families to our community. We believe that both children and adults thrive and benefit when all ages live in a community.
The design process for our community is underway. Part of our hopes and dreams is to have a net zero energy community. Shared electric vehicles and e-bikes are also a high priority. We have some fabulous cooks in our group and are planning to share many meals together in our common house. On the community grounds, a play area will be designed for our kids. Our community goal is to live lightly on the land.
We have contracted with developer UD+P and architect Grace Kim of Schemata Workshop to guide us in the development of our community. We are on track for a 2021 move in.
Become an associate member now and join us in our design workshops and have your voice heard as we design our common house, individual units and finalize finishing materials.
Visit Adams Creek Cohousing on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and our website for opportunities to join us at potlucks and open house events.
