| Hello from Portland’s newest cohousing community! Our focus is to create a community of belonging, compassion, and curiosity – and we’re a fun bunch to boot! We own our urban hillside property that has stunning views of one of the nation’s largest urban forests, Forest Park, and the iconic St Johns Bridge. We are right next door to a large community garden and are building 31 Universally Designed (no stairs!) studio up to 3-bedroom homes that will have easy access to downtown Portland and tech hubs, and are walkable to public transportation, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, grocery, services, and more. All of our condo homes have full kitchens, laundry hook-ups, and common- space amenities. We have a strong, committed membership (1/3 of our members have gathered!) and a successful, experienced professional development team. We are on track to start construction in 2023. | This is an in-person open house with a real meal & workday, NOT virtual. Some rentals may be available in the community this year. Potluck lunch at noon (bring food for yourself if you’re not comfortable sharing yet). Bring a mask, but you don’t have to wear it when outdoors. Keep in mind that not all of us are vaccinated, so only come if you’re comfortable with mixed company. We’re fine with you, whatever your vaccine status!
