We are 15 minutes from downtown Durham and 35 minutes from RDU airport. Beautifully designed wheelchair accessible one-story homes clustered around a common house with privacy and nature at your doorstep. We are self managed and require participation from all our members in the maintaining and governing of our community. Owner residency is a must.
