Want to learn more about Village Hearth Cohousing? We are a 55+ community of LGBTQ+ people and allies, in progressive Durham, NC. We are self-governed and self-managed, which means that all members work together to keep everything running. We will open our doors to visitors Saturday, May 6, 2-4pm. Since our community launched during the pandemic, this is our first time adding an IN PERSON OPEN HOUSE event to our usual Zoom offerings. There will be tours of the grounds and Common House, and opportunities to talk to members about cohousing. We currently have a few homes available for sale, and those can be viewed at the Open House or by separate arrangements through our Resale Program (contact info below).
