Whether you are a forming or building community (Community Launch) or a established community (Community Partnership), you will want to use our classified ads to find new neighbors for your available units.  Forming communities generally do a single community listing. Established communities will want to do an individual resale listing for each unit as it becomes available.  

While we hope to have a more automated process soon, for now I’ll be working from the backend to get your free listings set up.  Please go to the classifieds and “Create Listing”.  Set up your listing as usual until you get to the payment step.  At that point, stop, save your listing, and email cohousingassociationofus@gmail.com with the title of your listing.  I’ll go in the backend and finish it out for you.  Next time you need to post a classified ad, please check back here. I hope to have a new process posted soon.  

You should already have a directory listing in the directory.  If not, you can create one.  Hopefully when you signed up for Community Launch or Community Partnership I set your listing to be highlighted as a supporter of CohoUS.  Please check my work.  If your listing is not showing as highlighted, please email cohousingassociationofus@gmail.com and I’ll get it updated.
