Reuse

Neighbors reuse each others things easily and joyfully. Less frequently used appliances like juicers, dehydrators and pasta makers get passed around. One person’s old sweater becomes a knitter’s new scarf. Puzzles travel from home to home to common house. You may see a dress on four or five different children in as many years, carrying the memory of each child at that size.
