Strawberry Fields Farm is an intentional community in the forming stages. We intend to create a family-friendly, multi-generational, rural collaborative homestead in CT or MA on land that we purchase together in 2024 or 2025. Who are primarily looking for "Founder" types, but interested Settlers are welcome, too. Musicians, down-to-earth artist, programmers, young families, older and wiser types that can recruit younger ones are encouraged to register as well. Agenda is introductions and discussions about what we could pull off, when and how. The book “Creating a Life Together: Practical Tools to Grow Ecovillages" would be helpful to be familiar with. The San Geronimo Valley Elders Council is sponsoring three important community forums and conversations on housing needs and possible solutions for people of all ages and incomes in the Valley and Nicasio. Please join us.

Housing Possibilities for our Community

• What kinds of affordable housing options are possible in the Valley and what are the constraints?
• What does “affordable” mean?
• ADUs and JDUs, multi-family housing, walkable communities, Cohousing, Social housing and other intentional housing communities as they exist in California and elsewhere.
• Septic solutions, environmental concerns, transportation and safety.

Park Meet us at 2:20 pm at the main gate and we’ll walk through the garden on wood chip paths, find a spot to rest and talk about our project.
