We’ve finally realized a dream 8 years in the making – move-in began just two weeks ago! And we have only two units still available: a 1-bedroom and a 3-bedroom, so we’re looking for a few more adventurous souls. We’re located in one of the 15 happiest places to live in the country, according to Outside magazine. ACC is nestled among beautful trees, next to a year-round creek, with breathtaking views of the Columbia River Gorge, and yet it’s also walking distance to downtown Hood River, the local hospital, grocery stores and schools. Our group of 34 adults and 7 children includes artists, doctors, nurses, teachers, musicians, scientists, IT professionals, therapists, a professional clown, a professional cook, and more, and we come from all over the United States and beyond. We feel extremely lucky to have found each other, and to be able to live in this gorgeous part of the world. Come meet our members and learn about our community. This might be the place for you, too.
