The community is in the desirable northern part of Fresno, within the highly regarded Clovis School District. The complex is also close to Fresno State University, major medical centers, and plenty of shopping. Next door to the property is the United Universalist Church and the Betsuin Buddhist Temple.
Fresno is a racially diverse city in the heart of California's agricultural land. It boasts near year-round fresh produce and restaurants of many ethnicities. The Sierra Nevada mountains are close to Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, each about 1.5 hours drive. California's Central Coast, with Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, and San Luis Obispo, are a 2.5-hour drive. Finally, Fresno has a regional airport with daily flights to cities through the United States and Mexico.
The community itself has a wide range of people living here, from three years old to the mid-80s. We have several families and many kids. We are diverse in terms of race, gender, and sexual orientation. And we have a healthy mix of people who hold differing ideologies. What unites us is that we are open and tolerant and seek to build healthy, trusting, and loving connections with one another.
