Founded in 2005, Touchstone features active, empowered committees and a highly developed consensus decision-making process. The village atmosphere provides ample opportunities for friendships, social events, and cross-community engagement. Shared community areas include a 3,200-square-foot LEED-certified Common House, which includes a guest suite, children’s playroom, media room, sitting room, extra laundry facilities, and computer/internet hub, as well as a large commercial kitchen and dining room. Optional common meals are available at cost 2-3 times per week.
