Why I'm interested:

I would like to join a group of founders to start a fairly ambitious inter-generational intentional community in Maine. Following the inspiration of Kristen Ghodsee (https://www.simonandschuster.com/books/Everyday-Utopia/Kristen-R-Ghodsee/9781982190217?utm_campaign=everyday_utopia&utm_content=&utm_medium=author_site&utm_source=author_post ), I would like to find the co-founders and plan the community -- governance, economics, architecture, recruiting -- together. For the short term, I have rental units in buildings I own in West Bath and Phippsburg, ME, for people who need a home near-term. Before that, we can meet remotely until we know we have the core group.
