Why I'm interested:

I would like to help pioneer a new village integrating Benedictine Monasticism, Nursing Care for the Elderly, Common-House residences for the family of the elderly, a hotel & conference center, extended with diversified/multi-layered expressions of cohousing down to a traditional neighborhood organization on the outer boundary, with perhaps some inclusion of sustainable agriculture and education.
