Why I'm interested:

I know how difficult it is to form a community, and true friendships require frequent, repeated interactions with the same people working toward the same goals. I like the idea of forming an intentional community. There are already several cohousing communities in Madison, but it seems like spaces are hard to come by and demand is substantial. If someone else wants to form a new cohousing community, I may be interested in helping you with that.
