The Hundredfold Farm Cohousing Community is an effort of several families to create a 15-household rural cohousing community in the Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, area. The members of this multi-generational community are learning together as they explore the art of living in a sustainable way. Ten of fifteen homes have been completed. Five homes to be built; make one yours! Hundredfold Farm still has a few ready-to-build home sites available for new community members. All sites have unobstructed southern exposures to maximize solar applications. Water, sewer, electric, natural gas, and telephone are available at each site. We can offer suggested home plans for each site, or we’d happily work with you to develop a custom home plan that meets your specific needs. Pricing for building sites range from $65,000 to $75,000.
