Teams - Definitions Teams: Long standing sub-group of the community authorized by the community to make and implement decisions covered in the scope of their job descriptions. Nimble squads: Short-term task forces authorized by the community to perform tasks that have an immediate need of implementation. Once these tasks are completed, Nimble Squads are dissolved.
