Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal for an upcoming CohoUS event.  We are delighted to have your interest and look forward to working with you.  The information you submit on this form will be considered by the team planning the program for the event and they will get back to you as decisions are made.

If you would like to submit multiple sessions, you must complete this form for each session.  If you find you would like to make changes to your submission, please fill this form out again and include “Replaces Previous Submission” or “RPS” in the title.
